The Solinst Flow-Through Cell System
allows the analysis of purge water, in-line as it flows, so that
sampling can begin as soon as the water stabilizes. This is an
essential part of low flow sampling which offers higher quality samples
while reducing purge volumes and thus sampling and disposal costs.
High
Quality Design
The Model 475
Flow-Through Cells are designed for use
with almost any brand of sensor. They are manufactured using a clear
acrylic cylinder with a HDPE cap and base sealed in place with o-rings
and a simple bracket.
Disassembly for cleaning is quick and
simple. A convenient 3-way valve on the inlet allows a sample to be
collected, by-passing the cell, when readings have stabilized.

Sensors
and Readout
If sensors and readouts are
required, Solinst can provide a variety of instruments, including
individual units from Hanna for pH, Dissolved Oxygen (DO), Oxidation
Redox Potential (ORP), conductivity, temperature, etc.
Optional probes are also
available, including a variety of ion concentration sensors.

Multi-Port
Flow Cell Design
The Multi=Port Flow Cells
are designed with resealable compression fittings which come in a variety
of sizes to suit narrow diameter sensors from 1/8" to 3/4" OD
(3 mm to 19 mm) in diameter.
Simply tell us the accurate
OD of your cylindrical sensors and Solinst can build a Flow Cell to suit
your monitoring application.
The standard sized
Multi-Port Flow Cell has a volume of ~500 ml. and can be fitted with two
to six analysis ports. A taller version can also be made for use with
more sensors, if required.
